Frequently Asked Questions


1. What if the model I want to order has no stock?

If you need a motorbike urgently, you can look out for other bikes which are available in our stocklist. If not, you can just pre-order the motorbike which is not available by filling in the form here. We will send you an official pre-order invoice and make sure that the stock will arrive in 2 to 5 weeks time.

2. Can we order any models which are not available in Motor-Buddy?

Motor-Buddy is more willing to meet your needs and wants. Simply send us the model of the motorbike through the form here, and we will try our best to get the product from our supplier.

3. How long do I have to wait for the arrival of my product if I opt for delivery?

We will first need to check the availability of the product you ordered. If the product is available, the Express Delivery will only take about 3 days for your product to arrive. If you opt for the Normal Delivery, it will take approximately 1-2 weeks for your product to arrive.

4. Why is motorbike accessories not found in Motor-Buddy?

We regret to inform you that Motor-Buddy is currently not selling any Motorbike accessories and parts as we will like to concentrate on selling our main products first. However, there is a high possibility that we would be selling the accessories in near future.

5. I have problems submitting the Ordering/ Enquiry form. Are there other ways
we can contact Motor-Buddy?

If you happen to meet with such problem, you can simply email us at: sandra.tohszejia@gmail.com.


6. Is GST included in the prices stated?

No. GST and other charges (IU Unit, insurance etc) are not included in the bike prices stated.

7. Are discounts available?

Prices are generally fixed. However, we may allow certain discounts depending on the model you are getting. Also, you may wish to purchase from us during our discount seasons where you may be able to find a model that you like at a lower price.

8. Are refunds allowed?

We regret to inform you that products sold are non-refundable unless they're faulty due to any manufacturing error by us. If so, we will bring the product back for servicing. However, there will be no cash refunds.
